Friendship is Magic

Climb the mountains

A week and half ago I spoke with Erik on the phone. He agreed to write a guest post for this blog and we brainstormed together. He decided to write about love.

This morning he passed away from this Earth. Today Logan, Utah cries and mourns the loss of an incredible Aggie and friend. And now I will write about love, for him.

Erik Gray taught how to love by example. He loved harder than anyone I've me. He loved more people. He loved without conditions. You could see it in his eyes.

He also wasn't shy about how and why he loved that way.

Countless times on his blog, "Life Without A Fibula," he shared with the world why he was able to overcome and achieve so much. A Father in Heaven, and a Savoir. His love  for those around him reminds me of Their love for all of us.

Love is where we are from, why we are here, and where we are going. It is incredible.

Jeffrey R. Holland said,

"Pure Christ-like love flowing from true righteousness can change the world."

Erik Gray changed the world. He changed my life and so many others. He gave love, even when some of us didn't feel we deserved it.
